For many in the knitting world, the name Green Mountain Spinnery is one to conjure with. Those three simple words evoke a magical world: fibers spun by a cooperatively-owned mill in a small Vermont town. But the reality is even better.
Asking a dozen designing friends of the Spinnery to play with any yarn they liked has resulted in a variety of elegant knitted designs that you’ll want to hold in your hands. From top to toe you will find a wardrobe of wooly garments and accessories to keep you cozy and stylish all year ’round. We chose a “trees and mountains” color palette to highlight the beauty of our designers’ chosen yarns, but don’t let that stop you from choosing your favorite bright from the GMS rainbow (including handpainted and limited edition yarns).
