Polar Teddy – 243

Designed by Cap Sease

We are proud to spin Catskill Saxon Merino yarn from the fiber of Eugene Wyatt’s flock. We thought that the best way to celebrate this uniquely smooshy yarn was to transform it into something you’d want to cuddle. So, Cap has created our Polar Teddy for you to knit up and enjoy! This handsome fellow can be stuffed full of GMS carded fleece for and is ready to be dressed up! Cap’s pattern includes instructions for a tiny crochet scarf, so that your teddy can be beautifully accessorized with just a few yards of stash yarn!

Swedish Mittens – 248

Designed by Maureen Clark

These cozy mittens are created with yarn derived from the rich grazing area of Madison County, NY, along with the traditional Swedish color work sourced from the shores of the Baltic Sea. Whether you need protection from the damp cold of the seaside or a chilly farm morning, you’ll love the warmth supplied by double strands of wool. The classic stranded color work is made even more beautiful by the two woolen spun yarns that bloom to perfection in finishing.

Lopez Island Cap – 247

Designed by Kate Salomon

Nestled in Washington State’s San Juan Islands, Lopez Island is home to several flocks whose fiber is blended into a rustic 2-ply yarn. It is ideal for lace work that is held open by the fiber’s halo. Through this filigree of stitches, you can see a soft background of hand painted purl stitches that hint at hidden depths.

Knotweed Wrap – 265

Designed by Larisa Demos

Japanese Knotweed is a New England invasive that can grow over a dozen feet in a season. We think that you’ll find this delicate wrap expands almost as quickly. The easily memorized four row lace pattern combines with the playful change of color to be found in Spinnery Ragg-Time skeins to make for a project you won’t want to put down!
